The St. Regis Bangkok Introduces Sarnies to The Lounge
A six-month collaboration blending artisanal coffee culture with timeless luxury

The St. Regis Bangkok announces the opening of an exclusive Sarnies pop-up store at The Lounge from now until April 30, 2026. For the first time, The St. Regis Bangkok presents Sarnies — the Singapore-born roastery known for its exceptional beans and bold flavors — at The House of Astor, offering signature coffee creations, artisanal pastries, and handcrafted cocktails within the refined ambience of The Lounge.

Perfect for every occasion, from informal business meetings to evening drinks, The Lounge offers a premium collection of coffees and teas, complemented by handcrafted cakes, sandwiches, and pastries. During the six-month Sarnies residency, guests can savor Sarnies’ signature creations such as the Crème Brûlée Honey Latte and Thai Coconut Latte, alongside coffee-inspired cocktails and exclusive delights, available only at The Lounge, including the Espresso Banoffee Pain Suisse and Coffee Honey Medovik Cake.

A drip coffee station and bean display invite guests to explore Sarnies’ diverse origins, with single-origin selections from Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, and Honduras, or the house Tiramisu Blend — a medium-dark roast combining beans from Thailand, Myanmar, and Guatemala. A curated selection of Sarnies merchandise will also be available, allowing guests to take home a piece of the experience.

เดอะเลาจน์ (The Lounge) เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับทุกโอกาส ไม่ว่าเป็นการพบปะเชิงธุรกิจ หรือนัดพบกับเพื่อน โดยให้บริการเครื่องดื่มอย่าง ชา กาแฟ และขนมโฮมเมด สำหรับในช่วงระยะเวลา 6 เดือนนี้ แขกทุกท่านจะได้ลิ้มลองเมนูซิกเนเจอร์ของ Sarnies อาทิ เครมบูรเลฮันนี่ลาเต้ (Crème Brûlée Honey Latte) และลาเต้น้ำมะพร้าว (Thai Coconut Latte) เป็นต้น  นอกจากนี้ยังมีค็อกเทลทำจากกาแฟ และเมนูขนมหวานสุดพิเศษที่มีเฉพาะที่เดอะ เลานจ์ อาทิ เช่น เพนสวิสสอดไส้เอสเพรสโซ่กล้วยและพารีน (Espresso Banoffee Pain Suisse) และมูสน้ำผึ้งรสกาแฟ (Coffee Honey Medovik Cake)
