<p><b></b>Fans of Spanish fine dining are in for a treat this November as UNO MAS restaurant welcomes guest Chef Fernando P. Arellano, owner of the 2-Michelin star restaurant Zaranda in Spain.</p>
<p><span id="more-15406"></span><b>Chef Fernando will be swapping the peaceful countryside of Mallorca &#8211; the Balearic island where his award-winning Zaranda restaurant is located &#8211; for the bright lights of Bangkok, where he’ll be hosting a one-night-only gala dinner at UNO MAS (Friday 30 November, 2018). </b></p>
<p><a href="http://commecestbon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/All-I-Pebre.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-large wp-image-15409" alt="All I Pebre" src="http://commecestbon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/All-I-Pebre-1024x682.jpg" width="474" height="315" /></a>As one of the most respected Spanish names in the industry today, Chef Fernando brings along his wealth of experience and skills, having cooked in some of the most famous kitchens in Europe, including Patrick Guilbaud (Dublin), Le Gavroche (London), Don Alfonso 1890 (Naples) and Can Fabes (Barcelona).</p>
<p>In 2005, the globe-trotting chef opened his first restaurant, Zaranda, in Madrid, which would go on to pick up a Michelin star the year later. Five years on, Chef Fernando relocated to Mallorca where his restaurant of the same name currently holds two of Michelin’s converted stars.</p>
<p>With a dedication to using only the freshest premium ingredients together with lashings of creative Spanish flair, Chef Fernando’s eye-catching menu for the night has already been released… just to get us in the mood.</p>
