The Reunion – 5 culinary masters reunite for an exclusive 3 days events to celebrate Chef Thierry Drapeau & Signature Bangkok’s first Michelin star 

The Reunion Chefs delight with 8-course of imaginative modern French & floral cuisine on the first two nights, 30 & 31 March 2023. On the third night,1 April 2023, an extravagant “Cheese Night” reception with gorgeous wines and over 20 cheeses from Les Frères Marchand, the oldest artisanal cheese makers in France.

The Reunion Team Includes: 2 Michelin star French chef Patrick Jeffroy, Master Chef judge Alain Caron from the Netherlands, Asia’s Top 9 chef Vanessa Huang from Taiwan, Cheese Master Philippe Marchand and of course, Chef Thierry Drapeau, a former 2-Michelin starred in France.
