เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ Vitisasia จัดงานไวน์ดินเนอร์ ที่ห้อง Decanter โรงแรม เดอะเซ็นรีจีส กรุงเทพฯ  นำเสนอ  Chateau Pontet-Canet  ไวน์ระดับ Grand Cru Classe 1855, Fifth Growth ในตำบล Pauillac ที่เลื่องชื่อของแคว้นบอร์โดซ์​  แหล่งไวน์ฝรั่งเศสที่เป็นที่รู้จักกันดีทั่วโลก

งานนี้จัดกันแบบ exclusive จริง ๆ ด้วยมีแขกเข้าร่วมงานเพียงแค่ 28  คนเริ่มเข้างานกันด้วยแชมเปญ Louis Roederer เสริฟพร้อม Canapes  หลากหลาย

จากนั้นเป็น  sit down dinner ประกอบได้ด้วย เมนู 4 คอร์ส แพร์ริ่งกับไวน์ Pontet-Canet  4 vintage  เริ่มด้วย ปี 1996 ตามด้วย 2003 ต่อด้วย 2009 ที่เลิศรสที่สุดเสริฟกับเมนคอร์ส และสุดท้ายปี 2006  เสริฟกับของหวาน  ก่อนจะปิดท้ายชื่นมื่นด้วย Cognac “Tesseron”
