<p><strong>Ventisi Restaurant</strong> at Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents Gaucho Night on Friday as part of its Sip &amp; Sizzle International Grand Dinner Buffets, bringing together premium beef selections, live cooking stations, seafood, and internationally inspired dishes in a relaxed buffet setting above the city.</p>
<p><span id="more-35058"></span>Available every Friday from 18.00 to 22.30 hrs on the hotel’s 24th floor, the buffet is priced at THB 2,590++ per person, including unlimited foie gras and a complimentary half lobster per guest. Beverage packages are also available from THB 149++ per person.</p>
<p>Alongside Ventisi’s extensive international buffet spread, Friday evenings introduce a rotating selection of beef highlights including Wagyu beef Café de Paris and grilled beef tongue Japanese style “gyūtan”, alongside tagliolini with black truffle sauce and sole meunière with lemon butter sauce.</p>

Freshly shucked oysters are served with traditional accompaniments including mignonette, seafood sauce, cocktail sauce, and lemon wedges.</p>
<p>Additional highlights throughout the evening include unlimited pan-fried foie gras with balsamic reduction and wild rocket, grilled river prawns, stir-fried crab meat with yellow curry powder, and crab with fresh milk.</p>

<p><span id="more-35029"></span>At the heart of The Levant is a simple idea: food is meant to be shared. Drawing from a dining tradition where family and friends gather around a table filled with mezze, grilled specialities and freshly prepared dishes, the restaurant offers an experience rooted in generosity, conversation and connection. The restaurant is certified to halal standards, with dishes prepared in accordance with traditional culinary practices.</p>

<p>The menu, created by Chef Mohanad Abdul Hadi Qasem, Arabic Sous Chef at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, begins with a selection of classic mezze that have long formed the foundation of Levantine dining. Guests can share dishes such as creamy hummus finished with olive oil, fire-roasted babaganoush, mouttabal enriched with tahini and yoghurt, and muhammara made with roasted red peppers, walnuts and pomegranate molasses. Traditional favourites including kibbeh, sambousak, falafel and warak enab reflect recipes that have been passed down through generations.</p>

From there, the focus turns to the charcoal grill, one of the defining elements of Levantine cooking. Lamb kofta, chicken kofta, shish taouk, shish kebab and tender lamb chops are grilled over open flames, while seafood options such as giant prawns and hammour offer a taste of the Mediterranean coast. For larger gatherings, the signature mixed grill brings together a selection of meats and seafood designed for sharing.</p>

Guests may begin with traditional Arabic coffee or Turkish coffee, enjoy a refreshing glass of limonana made with fresh lime and mint, or explore regional favourites such as karkade, a hibiscus tea widely enjoyed throughout the Middle East. The offering also includes fresh juices, smoothies and a selection of non-alcoholic sparkling wines.</p>

<p>For something a little different this summer at Red Sky, get your teeth stuck into our range of new asparagus-based starters and mains – all available alongside the restaurant’s full a la carte menu. Packed full of fiber, as well as vitamins A, C, E and K, asparagus is a versatile vegetable that can be blended up into light soups, as well as grilled and baked for that satisfying ‘crunch’ served alongside creamy sauces and other textures.</p>

<p>Every Thursday evening, the Ventisi buffet dinner is enhanced with a choice of a duck or foie gras dish.</p>
<p><span id="more-23599"></span>Enjoy the distinct flavours of this prepared in dishes including 4 of each below dish per person to be serve at the table;</p>

<li><b>Truffled mushroom velouté with foie gras morsels </b></li>
<li><b>Pan-seared foie gras with stewed apples, aged balsamic, wild rocket </b></li>
<li><b>Tagliolini with black truffle cream and pan-seared foie gras </b></li>
<li><b>Chinese roasted duck with special gravy </b></li>
</ul>
<p>The buffet dinner also includes a large variety of fresh seafood on ice, scrumptious appetisers, salads and soups. Mouthwatering mains include premium cuts of meat, fish, Thai favourites, and Italian classics, plus a selection of international cheeses, desserts, and ice cream.</p>
<p>Duck and Foie Gras Thursday Buffet Night delights are offered from 18.00 to 22.30 hrs. (Buffet closes at 22.00 hrs.) for an incredibly low price:</p>

<p>• Children (Under 5): dine for free.</p>
