คืนแรกของ  ”ชิมแบงค็อก 2014″  เริ่มอย่างคึกคัก  จัดเป็นดินเนอร์เสริฟอาหารแบบ Gourmet bite  ในสวนสวยของสยามสมาคม  ภายใต้ชื่องานสบาย ๆ ว่า  Chim in the Garden   อาหารเพียบทั้งคาวหวานและเครื่องดื่ม โดยฝีมือเชฟชื่อดังกว่า 20 คน ที่มารวมตัวกัน   ทั้งโชว์การปรุงอาหารให้เห็นจะจะกันอย่างสุดฝีมือ   และโชว์ตัวเป็น ๆ ไปพร้อม ๆ กัน  เป็นโอกาสแบบว่านานๆ ทีมีหน  ได้ชิมทั้งอาหารเลิศรส   และสัมผัสใกล้ชิดบรรดาเชฟดัง ล้วนแต่ who’s who ในวงการอาหาร  ใครเป็นใครเชิญชมภาพกันเองแล้วกัน
