ระดับ เบญจวรรณ วิสุทธิสัตย์  MD แห่ง ฟินไวน์  จัดงานทีไร  ไม่เคยมีคำว่าธรรมดา งานล่าสุด ให้ชื่อว่า It’s FIN Naturally Sunday Feast & Fun  จัดสนุกสนานชิลชิลกันยามเย็นวันอาทิตย์  ที่ห้องอาหารโบลาน   สุขุมวิท ซอย 53 ในงาน มี บูติคไวน์ ที่ฟิน คัดสรรมาแล้ว  เน้นเฉพาะที่เป็น ออร์แกนิคและ ไบโอดินามิคไวน์ กว่า 240  ชนิด จาก 80 ผู้ผลิต  ให้ชิมลาง  เริ่มกันเบา ๆ จากสเตชั่น  rose  ตามสดชื่นด้วยเคาเต้อร์ไวน์ขาว    แล้วขยับมาต่อเข้มข้นกันนิดนึงด้วยเซ็คชั่นไวน์แดง   ก่อนจะมาจบลงตัวที่โต๊ะไวน์หวาน   ทั้งหมดแพร์ชื่นมื่นกับอาหารเลิศรสด้วยฝีมือ เชฟ ดิแลน และ เชฟโบ แห่งโบลาน   เสริมทัพด้วย เชฟดาเนียล บูเฮอร์ จาก ร้าน  El Osito และ Jesse Barnes จาก Opposite Mess Hall งานนี้มีผลิตภัณฑ์จากฟาร์มออร์แกนิก  อาทิ  Adam Organic , Champaca ,  Company B, Doi Pa Pouy,  Maison Jean-Philippe, Mille Stelle, SCE Organics, Sloane’s และ Urmatt  มาร่วมด้วยช่วยกันแบบคนละไม้คนละมือ   นำเสนอ อาหารและผลิตภันฑ์เกษตรอินทรีย์ ในแนวสนุก ๆ ของมาร์เก็ตเพลส  ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผลไม้หรืออาหารสดให้เลือกซื้อ   มีทั้งที่หอบกลับบ้าน  และส่งต่อให้เชฟที่มาร่วมงานปรุงให้ทานกันเดี๋ยวนั้นเลย     ภายใต้คอนเส็ปต์ใหม่ของ “Fin Naturally” งานนี้นอกจากจะ ตอกย้ำความเป็นผู้นำของฟินไวน์ในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทางการเกษตรที่ยั่งยืนแล้ว    ยังใช้เป็นโอกาสระดมทุนสร้างหลังคาใหม่ให้กับสถานเลี้ยงเด็กกำพร้า บ้านสานฝัน ในจังหวัดพังงา   บรรยากาศเรียกว่าชื่นมื่นกันทั่วถ้วนหน้า  เพราะได้ทั้งความสนุก และความสุขที่แบ่งปันไปให้กับเด็กตัวน้อย ๆ ผู้ด้อยโอกาส

It’s Fin Naturally Sunday Feast & Fun

Fin – Fabulous is Needed, Thailand’s premier boutique wine importer launched their new concept called ‘Fin Naturally’ at Bo.lan restaurant. The event was to launch Fin’s collection of sustainable, organic and biodynamic boutique wines of more than 240 labels that are from over 80 producers around the world as well as raise awareness for the sustainable, organic and local produce in Thailand. The event comprises of 40 boutique wines from artisan winemakers who take care, precision and dedication in their vineyards and winery to craft limited production wines that are honest and true expressions of its terroir.

The fin naturally wines at the event were enjoyed with food made from sustainable, organic and local produce created by the chefs of Bo.lan, El Osito and Opposite Mess Hall. In addition, Chefs Bo, Dylan, and Daniel Bucher had set up live stations to cook a range of creative and unique dishes inspired by the guests’ selections of raw produce available at the market stand. The produce were sponsored by Thailand’s organic and sustainable producers: Adams Organic, Champaca, Company B, Doi Pa Pouy, Maison Jean-Philippe, Mille Stelle, SCE Organics, Sloane’s, and Urmatt (Hilltribe Organics & Perfect Earth), as well as small scale local producers and Baan San Fan Orphanage

The proceeds of the events all went to Baan San Fan Orphanage in Phang-Nga province to build a new metal roof to replace their old leaking one. Baan San Fan is a self-sustaining orphanage run by Khun Sam and Khun Gai who generate income through organic farming of fruits, vegetables and chickens. Unfortunately, the income is not enough to replace their leaking roofs that cause health and safety hazards to the children living in the home. Fin Naturally had raised enough funds from the event to help the orphanage replace the roof of the orphanage and support Khun Gai by purchasing her produce to be used at the event.
