Guilty x Catena Zapata: Anantara Siam Bangkok Announces Exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner Celebrating the Finest Argentinian Vintages

Guilty, the vibrant South American restaurant at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, has partnered with the most prestigious family-owned winery in Argentina, Catena Zapata, to host an exclusive wine pairing dinner on Thursday, 29 November 2023. During the prestigious event, wine lovers will be introduced to five vintages from the winery voted the #1 vineyard in the world in the World’s Best Vineyards 2023 award, and renowned for its pioneering work in reviving the Malbec grape.

Throughout the course of the night, guests will taste four different Malbecs, each with its own unique character and terroir, as well as sampling a refreshing Chardonnay, all paired with delectable South American dishes. The opening course of yellowfin tuna ceviche with yellow tiger milk and crispy corn tortillas will be followed by roasted beetroot and BBQ pork “confitado”. Balancing the flavours of the sea and the land, Guilty chefs will be then serving roasted Chilean sea bass with Peruvian seafood rice flavoured with rock fish sauce, and grilled Wagyu rump steak with aji limo and corn lollipop. ‘El Dorado’ chocolate sphere, with its opulence and strong flavours, will offer an ideal conclusion to the night.

Guilty x Catena Zapata dinner on 29 November is priced at THB 4,200++ per person for a five-course menu, including wine pairings. GUILTY is located on the ground floor of Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel and is open daily for lunch between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm and for dinner between 6:00 pm and midnight (for dinner only on Sundays).
