<p dir="ltr">“เชฟต้น” ธิติฏฐ์ ทัศนาขจร เชฟมิชลินสตาร์ชื่อดัง และทีมเชฟผู้มากฝีมือแห่งร้าน ฤดูกาล รังสรรค์เมนูอาหาร 5 จานพิเศษ เลือกชูวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่น รวบรวมทั้งผลไม้เมืองร้อน สมุนไพร อาหารทะเล และเนื้อสัตว์จากฟาร์มภายในประเทศ พร้อมผสมผสานการนำเสนอเรื่องราวอันมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว</p>

<p dir="ltr">เริ่มต้นด้วยเมนูคลายร้อนอย่าง ยำผลไม้ (ราคา 490++ บาท) สลัดผลไม้ที่คลุกเคล้าความสดชื่นของ มะละกอพูเร สับปะรด มะม่วง แอปเปิลเขียว และผลไม้ประจำวันอื่นๆ กับรสชาติสมุนไพรไทยอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์อย่างใบมะกรูด มะพร้าวคั่วและเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์ พร้อมด้วยกรานิตาแตงโมโรยด้านบน สานต่อความอร่อยด้วย ซาวน้ำ (ราคา 890++ บาท) เมนูที่ดัดแปลงมาจากขนมจีนซาวน้ำ ทําจากเส้นแก้ว เนื้อปู น้ำกะทิ  สับปะรด กุ้งแห้ง และไข่นกกระทา เสิร์ฟแบบเย็นเหมือนโซบะเย็น เพลิดเพลินไปกับอาหารจานหลัก 2 จาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ปลาซาเตี๊ยะ (ราคา 890++ บาท) ชูรสชาติปลาเก๋าจากทะเลอันดามัน ด้วยน้ำซุปขิง รสชาติกลมกล่อมหวานเค็ม เสิร์ฟพร้อมฟักเขียว ขิงทอดกรอบ หรือเลือกเอร็ดอร่อยไปกับ มัสมั่นทุเรียน  (ราคา 2,500++ บาท) สร้างสรรค์ใหม่ด้วยเนื้อวากิวไทยทาจิมะสัมผัสนุ่มจากจังหวัดสกลนคร พร้อมเครื่องเคียงอย่าง ทุเรียนหมอนทองจากจังหวัดจันทบุรี และทุเรียนทอดกรอบ เสิร์ฟคู่กับข้าวประจำวัน ปิดท้ายมื้ออาหารด้วยของหวานอย่าง ส้มฉุน (ราคา 480++ บาท) ที่นำผลไม้ตามฤดูกาลลอยในน้ำเชื่อมและน้ำผึ้งขิง โรยด้วยถั่วลิสงบดคั่ว รับประทานเข้าคู่กับไอสกรีมซอร์เบทรสส้มดับกระหายคลายร้อน</p>
