Chef Sergio hails from Mexico City and has been invited to showcase his talents at this event.

Aqua will offer a Mexican tapas menu including tostada, quesadilla and tacos to enjoy in a laid-back setting, washed down with a cold Mexican beer, from 6.00 pm – 12.00 midnight daily.

Mexican Journey Exclusive Wine Dinner at Madison Steakhouse, Saturday 18 August 2018

Chef Sergio will unveil “Oda al maiz” – homage to Maize, the staple ingredient in Mexican food. Rich dishes such as ‘Green Tamal’ and ‘Esquites de la plaza’ will entice diners to go for seconds at this one-time event. The Mexican Journey Exclusive Wine Dinner costs *THB 2,500++ per person, expertly paired with premium wines by our resident Wine Guru, from 6.00 pm – 10.30 pm.

Mexican Journey Sunday Brunch, Sunday 19 August 2018

A Mexican Journey culminates in a unique Sunday Brunch, themed “La Casa de la Abuela” – the grandma’s house, where families gather on a Sunday to share stories and food. This is a veritable feast where guests can soak up the atmosphere and aromas, as well as enjoying dishes such as ‘Quesadillas’, ‘Chilaquiles’ and ‘Carnitas’. Prices start from *THB 2,999 ++ per person, including free flowing soft beverages juices, mocktails. (Children 12 years below dine for free. Maximum 2 kids per 2 adults.).
