Expertly crafted by Chef Anupong Nualchawee, Cluster Executive Pastry Chef, this exquisite afternoon tea set captures the playful and radiant character of Daisy Glow fragrances, incorporating notes of white strawberry, pear, lemon, grapefruit, and raspberry into a selection of delicate pastries and savory delights.

The dessert selection features delightful creations such as Daisey Choux, a choux pastry in sunny yellow, topped with an edible sugar daisy, Lemon Blossom Sablé Breton, a buttery French cookie topped with zesty lemon cream, Patchouli Dulcey Blond Chocolate Macaron, a golden chocolate macaron painted with intricate patchouli designs and Jasmine Tartlet, a tarte filled with strawberry jam and panna cotta cream infused with jasmine scent and for savory selection including Spicy Tuna Pie infused beetroot cream cheese, Mille-Feuille Tartlet with coronation chicken and raisin, Smoked Salmon Sandwich and Garlic Butter King Crab served on brioche bread then complete the experience with Valrhona Chocolate & Vanilla Scones, paired with homemade jam and clotted cream.
