The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to unwind in style with its newest monthly series, Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends — a vibrant Sunday social celebrating spirited mixology, flavorful cuisine, and great company. Held once a month at The St. Regis Bar, the inaugural edition will take place on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, marking the exciting debut of what promises to become a signature social event in Bangkok.

Inspired by the convivial spirit of its name, Cocktail, Tapas, and Friends promises to be a lively afternoon of free-flowing tapas, creative cocktails, and soulful DJ beats — a perfect Sunday gathering with your friend in an elevated yet relaxed setting. Each month, the culinary spotlight shifts as a guest chef and guest bartender are invited to curate a fresh menu and cocktail experience, ensuring no two Sundays are ever the same.

For the June edition, guests will enjoy two signature cocktails crafted by Santo Metodo, Bar Manager at Zuma Bangkok — a globally renowned modern Izakaya-style restaurant originating from London — alongside a creative cocktail by Brian Gonzalez, our Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Bar. The culinary experience will be enhanced by tapas-style dishes created by our Executive Sous Chef Matteo Fontana, with special guest Chef Simone Scarparo from Capricci, an Italian restaurant, known for its Apericena-style cuisine. In addition to the tapas, explore a live oyster cart, a cold cut station, and live cooking presentations by The St. Regis Bangkok’s culinary team. To further enrich the ambiance, enjoy captivating live music by DJ Joyyly, ranked 53^rd on DJaneTop’s 2018 list of the Top 100 Female DJs in Asia.

The Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends will take place on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The St. Regis Bar. Priced at THB 2,500++ per person, the experience includes free-flowing tapas and two beverages (cocktails, red wine, white wine, soft drinks, or beer). Additional beverages are available for purchase or guests can upgrade to three-hour free-flow beverage package for THB 2,000++ per person, including wine, beer and signature cocktails. This exclusive upgrade is limited to only 5 tables.
