HCTC is a school based in Mae Sot which supports underprivileged young adults, mostly coming from the Karen minority, with training opportunities and offers them a chance to find jobs and develop professionally in the hospitality industry.</p>

<p><b></b>This November, Michelin Star chef Jean-Michel Lorain returns to J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain at U Sathorn Bangkok, to team up with head chef Amerigo Tito Sesti and present guests with a menu that highlights the best products and wines from the different regions of the French terroir. The limited-time French menu will be served from Friday 16<sup>th</sup> to Monday 19<sup>th</sup> November 2018, and includes exciting dishes such as the pan-seared duck foie gras and constructed cauliflower “egg” with saffron yolk.</p>

<p>With his inspiration encompassing modern French cuisine served in a classic style he has created a truly magnificent 7-course tasting menu which is also served at his Michelin-starred restaurant, La Côte Saint Jacques in Burgundy, France. This exquisite dinner will be available to gourmets in Bangkok at <b>J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain,</b> located within the premises of U Sathorn Hotel, during<b> November 10-13, 2016</b>.</p>
