Designed to set a confident tone for the year ahead, the new dining experience spotlights unlimited servings of Wagyu specialities, expertly prepared to showcase the beef’s rich marbling and signature tenderness. Guests can indulge at their own pace while enjoying the warm, social atmosphere that defines Ventisi’s Friday evenings.

Priced at THB 2,490++ per person, the experience also includes a free-flow premium beverage package, making Sip & Sizzle Nights an inviting celebration for friends, colleagues and couples looking to savour Bangkok’s weekend spirit in style.

The Wagyu journey offers a generous spread. Cold starters feature Wagyu carpaccio, pastrami with slaw and classic beef tartare, before moving into robust, flame-kissed mains. Highlights include Rossini-style beef, Café de Paris steak, grilled short ribs with the perfect char, Japanese-style teriyaki skewers and Wagyu ravioli.

Balancing the richness are fresh seafood selections on ice, including river prawns, slipper lobster and mussels, alongside sushi and sashimi, truffled mushroom velouté and a range of international favourites. Thai touches bring energy to the table with boat noodles, krapao nuea, grilled beef tongue, intercoastal cuts with nam jim jaew and yakiniku inspired Wagyu karubi plate.

Desserts close the evening on a sweet note with everything from ricotta and chocolate tart and craquelin choux with strawberry to pannacotta, zuppa inglese and an array of petite tarts and cakes.

Every Thursday evening, the Ventisi buffet dinner is enhanced with a choice of a duck or foie gras dish.

Enjoy the distinct flavours of this prepared in dishes including 4 of each below dish per person to be serve at the table;

• Truffled mushroom velouté with foie gras morsels 
• Pan-seared foie gras with stewed apples, aged balsamic, wild rocket 
• Tagliolini with black truffle cream and pan-seared foie gras 
• Chinese roasted duck with special gravy
