Feast on confit Langoustines accompanied by a fine Ronco della Mele Sauvignon Blanc. Follow the footsteps of Luca Martini through Europe as exquisite morsels tantalise the tastebuds.</p>

Offering his intimate knowledge of food and wine on this intimate evening, guests can enjoy the nuance of fine flavours complemented by fragrant top notes. Diverse vineyards bring a multitude of flavours to this wonderful event.</p>
<p>This elegant event begins at 6.00 pm on Friday 31 March with a sumptuous Yellow Tail Tuna Carpaccio accompanied by a Ferrari Perle’ Brut 2008. Dine on mouthwatering dishes complemented by Luca’s solid recommendations to enhance each morsel.</p>

<p>Each specially chosen wine will be paired with premium meat and seafood creations prepared on the evening by the talented Biscotti Chefs. Taste Braised Veal Shank Raviolo and Charcoal grilled Australian Lamb loin, with the top notes of I Sodi di San Niccolo as recommended by Luca.</p>

<p><b>Bangkok Post Charity Wine Dinner at Tables Grill</b></p>
<p><b></b>Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok presents a memorable fine dining experience combined with the joy of giving. Enjoy an extraordinary and innovative 5-course gourmet dinner menu designed by Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok’s Executive Chef, Mark Hagenbach and his culinary team at Tables Grill. The menu will be paired with an outstanding selection of wines such as Chateau Mouton Rothschild and more, as well as Champagne from Louis Roeder. This wine event will be held on Thursday March 31, 2016 at 6.30PM for Champagne &amp; canapés and 7.30PM seated dinner at Tables Grill.  In addition, wine lovers can purchase a wine dinner with 5 course menu to experience for THB 15,999++ per person. All proceeds go to support the education of disadvantaged children under the care of the Bangkok Post Foundation.</p>
