World-class champagne and sparkling wine with light refreshments and live music from the Soloists of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra combined for an extraordinary musical event for classical music lovers one afternoon only on Monday, 20 June 2016, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Lobby Lounge of Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok.
The Soloists of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra featuring two violinists – Oliver Pastor and Orsolya Palfi, violist – Cynthia Liao and cellist – Pavel Jonas Krejci will perform famous classical music on a lovely afternoon.
Enjoy a selection of plated snacks items created by Executive Chef Marc Cibrowius along with special beverage while listening to the sensational musical performance with magnificent views over the mystical Chao Phraya River. The musical romance is free of charge and will showcase Miss Wang Tong-Juan, a Chinese talented harpist, from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by tuneful melodies by the Soloists of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra. The sonic diversity programme includes Joseph Haydn: Quartet in D Major, Op. 64, No. 5 “The Lark” (1790) and Antonín Dvořak: String Quartet in F Major, Op.
A medley of savoury treats will be available in between a collage of musical performances from the Vienna String Quartet include the Musical Notes Set for 788++baht per set for food only and the Tasting Plate for 388++baht per plate for food.
