S.Pellegrino, the ambassador of fine dining, will present the cuisine of Macau’s famed one-Michelin-star 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana Italian restaurant for two nights only at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit on 3 and 4 November.
Japanese Chef Hiroaki Ishizuka of 1 Michelin star Kien restaurant in the Akasaka district, Tokyo, conducted a cooking demonstration session exclusively at the 18th World Gourmet Festival, a major gastronomic event in Bangkok, hosted annually by Anantara Siam Bangkok.
The dish presented on this occasion was a “Kuruma Prawn in Japanese Pumpkin Dumpling, Slow Cooked Duck Breast, Snow Peas”, which was one of the delightful 5-course menu served during the festival.

One of the most important companies on the French choreographic landscape Malandain Ballet Biarritz, under the direction of Thierry Malandain, is recognised for its take on contemporary ballet. Thierry Malandain looks at Beauty and the Beast not as the stereotypical fairy-tale romance but as dark a coming-of-age story, an allegorical tale focusing on the portrayal of the artist’s inner demons through the Beast’s duality.
Portuguese Chef Miguel Laffan of 1-Michelin star L’AND Vineyards in Alentejo, Portugal, conducted a cooking demonstration of one of his signature dishes, ”Pork Terrine, Langoustine Tart, Fennel Purée, Carrot Salad with Passion Fruit and Bergamot”, at the 18th World Gourmet Festival, a major gastronomic event in Bangkok, hosted annually by Anantara Siam Bangkok.
