Indulge in a special lunch prix fixe, exclusive bento box & à la carte delights, and spectacular city views from the top floors of ‘EA’ Rooftop at The Empire 

Nobu Bangkok, the world’s highest Nobu restaurant which is perched on the 57thand 58th floors and the rooftop of The Empire in the heart of Bangkok, will start to elevate the city’s daytime food scene this February, as it unveils its enticing lunch menu.

Newly-opened in September 2024, Nobu Bangkok has already delighted diners in the evenings with its unique style of contemporary Japanese-Peruvian gastronomy. Now, guests can enjoy an elegant lunch experience every weekday at the main dining area on the 58th floor, including hot and cold plates, enticing three-course prix fixe menus, a delicious bento box, and delectable desserts, accompanied by a range of premium teas and freshly brewed coffee.

Ideal for local residents craving a new lunchtime treat, international visitors seeking a memorable experience, and business executives who want to impress their colleagues and partners, Nobu Bangkok’s lunch menu blends culinary creativity with spectacular city views.

Lunch Prix Fixe 2

Priced at just THB 1,150++, the “Lunch Prix Fixe” lets diners curate their own dining experience by selecting one dish from each course: a starter, a main, and a dessert. They can begin with edamame then choose one from six starters, including sea bass ceviche, crispy rice with salmon, and tuna sashimi salad with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dressing, followed by a choice of seven main courses, including slipper lobster tempura with creamy spicy sauce, umami chicken, and Australian beef tenderloin with three sauces. Guests can then savor a dessert and a coffee.

Empire Bento Box

The “Empire Bento Box” captures the spirit of the traditional Japanese midday meal with a curated selection of premium dishes, including tuna sashimi salad, salmon nigiri, sea bass nigiri, yellowtail jalapeño, chicken teriyaki with homemade pickles, grouper tempura amazu ponzu, and salmon black rice salsa, all for the enticing price of THB 850++.

Alternatively, guests can simply choose from an “À La Carte” selection of hot or cold delicacies, all of which are crafted using the finest premium ingredients, infused with Nobu’s signature flair and innovation. For a truly indulgent lunchtime experience, diners can savor king crab leg with yuzu butter, wagyu dumplings with spicy butter ponzu, and lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing, or even savor a choice of sublime steaks: Australian wagyu tenderloin with truffle butter, and Australian wagyu ribeye anticucho. Every lunchtime can end on a sweet note with a choice of divine desserts, including a signature chocolate bento box, tropical mango cheesecake, matcha azuki tiramisu, and more.
