The Embassy of Spain in Bangkok is pleased to announce the 5th edition of the Spanish Film Festival, to be held at House Samyan from October 20 to 24, 2025, and at the Thai Film Archive in November.
This year’s edition presents a curated selection of outstanding Spanish films that have been awarded Best Film at the Spanish Film Academy’s Goya Awards. Since 1987, the Goya Awards have recognized the excellence and diversity of Spanish cinema, celebrating the work of its most talented professionals.
The Festival will feature five acclaimed films representing a variety of genres—from drama and comedy to thriller and horror—all screened in their original Spanish versions with Thai and English subtitles. Screenings will take place daily at House Samyan, and admission is free. Tickets can be collected at the box office one hour before the start of each film.
