Through the perfection of the art and science of sparkling wine making Champagne has taken advantage of a harsh climate to become the benchmark against which all other sparkling wines are judged.
During this 3-hour class, Luc Busin will take you for a tour of his native region to discover Champagne’s history, geography, climate, viticulture, grape varieties, traditional method and unique trade.
Finally, a guided tasting will help you differentiate between Grand Crus, Vintage and Non-Vintage, Rosé, Blanc-de-Blancs, Blanc-de-Noirs and Prestige Cuvées.
