Bianca, a modern twist of Italian classics restaurant, announces the opening of its largest and newest location in Thailand at the global landmark, ICONSIAM. Situated on the Chao Phraya River, the new restaurant offers guests an exceptional Italian dining experience combined with stunning panoramic views. ICONSIAM, a world-class destination on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, reinforces its status as a global experiential destination by welcoming Bianca’s newest and largest location. Located on the 6th floor, the restaurant features a balcony with breathtaking views of the river, perfect for enjoying a beautiful evening.
Bianca was created with the concept of a “second home” in mind, aiming to make guests feel as though they are dining at a friend’s house in Italy. Every dish is crafted with high-quality ingredients, from fresh pasta and pizza dough to homemade sauces, all prepared from scratch. The spacious new restaurant accommodates up to 120 guests indoors and an additional 20 on the terrace, making it an ideal venue for any occasion, whether it’s a family lunch, a romantic dinner, or a gathering with friends.

The menu features accessible yet flavorful Italian dishes made with 100% fresh, high-quality ingredients imported directly from Italy. Signature dishes include Truffle Pasta e Basta, Risotto Pescatore, Bianca’s Lasagna, and Beef Cheek Brasato. Guests can also choose from over a dozen authentic Italian pizzas, such as Parma Ham & Stracciatella, Funghi i Speck, and Tartufina, which are rotated with seasonal specials. Other standout main courses include Lamb Shank Fregola, Wagyu Hanger Pizzaiola, and Bella Vista Sea Bass. For dessert, the must-try signatures are Tiramisu and Chocolate Dolce Vita. The beverage menu is equally comprehensive, offering craft Italian coffee, Italian beers, signature cocktails like Bianca’s Spritz, and a selection of over 60 fine Italian wines.
