“Duck and Foie Gras” Thursday Buffet Night at Ventisi Restaurant, Centara Grand at CentralWorld
Every Thursday evening, the Ventisi buffet dinner is enhanced with a choice of a duck or foie gras dish.
Enjoy the distinct flavours of this prepared in dishes including 4 of each below dish per person to be serve at the table;
- Truffled mushroom velouté with foie gras morsels
- Pan-seared foie gras with stewed apples, aged balsamic, wild rocket
- Tagliolini with black truffle cream and pan-seared foie gras
- Chinese roasted duck with special gravy
The buffet dinner also includes a large variety of fresh seafood on ice, scrumptious appetisers, salads and soups. Mouthwatering mains include premium cuts of meat, fish, Thai favourites, and Italian classics, plus a selection of international cheeses, desserts, and ice cream.
Duck and Foie Gras Thursday Buffet Night delights are offered from 18.00 to 22.30 hrs. (Buffet closes at 22.00 hrs.) for an incredibly low price:

• Children (6-11): THB 936 net.
• Children (Under 5): dine for free.
