Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, is delighted to announce the launch of its new “Summer Guestronomic Dining Journey,” available from Friday, 18 July 2025. This season, the acclaimed restaurant invites connoisseurs to experience a meticulously orchestrated culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant essence and exquisite flavours of summer.

The new seasonal menu is a testament to Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu’s unique approach, harmoniously blending refined French cuisine with delicate Japanese infusions. Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo and his team have artfully composed a collection of dishes that spotlight the finest seasonal ingredients, transforming them into a symphony of taste, texture, and visual artistry. Guests can anticipate a brilliant balance of light, vibrant, tangy, fresh, and complex flavours, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

We’ve played with unexpected pairings and refined techniques to ensure every bite is both playful and deeply satisfying.”

The highlight menu showcases an array of captivating creations, including the refreshing ‘Hiramasa Crudo,’ an overture of watermelon gazpacho, tomato concasse, and avocado ice cream. Connoisseurs can look forward to the intriguing ‘Homemade Yakisoba Noodles’ with luxurious Bafun Uni, Hojiso, and Myoga; and the adventurous ‘Foie Gras on the Rocks’ paired with langoustine, cherry, and white almonds. Earthy, rich notes are found in the ‘Stuffed Morels’ with Australian winter truffle, tamanegi, and Vin Jaune sauce; whilst the tender ‘Free Range Corn-Fed Poulet’ with Khao Yai corn, Asari clam, and Kare offers a delightful main course. The experience culminates with a unique sweet finale: the ‘Tonka Bean Cheesecake,’ crafted with Hokkaido milk, meringue, and pecan miso ice cream.

The refined ambience ensures that every moment is elevated and mesmerising. In addition to the curated tasting experiences, an à la carte menu will also be available from Wednesday to Friday for those seeking a more personalised selection.

The “Summer Guestronomic Dining Journey” offers three tasting experiences to suite every preference.
