With over 20 years of experience, Chef Fernando brings with him a wealth of expertise steeped in Mexican culture laced with international influences. His worldly journey has molded him with cutting-edge cooking techniques from Europe to the Caribbean. Adventurous and creative, Chef Fernando’s crafts are convivial and full of flavors.
Be prepared to sizzle your palate with Tostada de Agua Chile Verde de Camarones, a refreshing appetiser with marinated shrimp, lime, avocado, and spicy sauce on a toasted tortilla.
