Drunken Mantis Shrimp, Glutinous Rice Wine: Be immersed in a delightful culinary experience with succulent, fresh mantis shrimp infused with aromatic glutinous rice wine. A harmonious blend of garlic, cilantro, and a touch of fiery red chili creates the perfect balance of flavours.
Whole Steamed Red Sturgeon Crab, Glutinous Rice: Delight in the delicate rich umami of red sturgeon crab with aromatic garlic, fragrant scallions, and accompanied by a chewy glutinous rice.
