Laurent Peugeot was raised in Burgundy, a French region renowned for its gastronomy and wines. His many years of experience in Japan are also reflected in his culinary style that is infused with the simplicity of Japanese cuisine and the hearty flavors of Burgundy. His restaurant; Le Charlemagne in Pernand Vergelesses was awarded 1 Michelin star in 2006 and has held it to this day. Sushikaï, in Burgundy received two chef’s hats by the French gourmet guide Gault & Millau. The Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide also recognized Peugeot’s KOKI in Beaune, also in Burgundy. Chef Laurent’s latest venture is in Singapore, with the highly acclaimed fine dining establishment LP+Tetsu.
Michelin-starred chef Laurent Peugeot has created an exclusive 6-course menu of exquisite epicurean creations, using absolutely premium ingredients from Thailand and beyond.

Chef Laurent Peugeot’s dinner menus will be available on the two evenings of February 27th and 28th at 10,000 THB per person, inclusive of a welcome drink.
