Chaîne Bangkok – Rattanakosin, a new local chapter of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs National Bailliage Thailand, led by Bailli Molchaya Techapaibul and Chancelier Natayada na Songkhla, hosted a dinner at IGNIV, a recently awarded Michelin starred restaurant at the St Regis Bangkok. IGNIV is a brainchild of Andreas Caminada, a 3 Michelin starred Swiss chef of Schloss Schauenstein. Tonight dinner was beautifully presented by Head chef David Hartwig & pastry chef Arne Riehn.
