Thai Airways’ First Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner
Thai Airways International has taken delivery of its first B787-8 from Boeing following its arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi on July 18. The B787 has made its commercial debut on July 25 on Suvarnabhumi to Chiang Mai flights.

พลอากาศเอกศิวเกียรติ์ ชเยมะ รักษาการกรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่าการบินไทยได้จัดงานครั้งนี้ขึ้นเพื่อแนะนำเครื่องบินโบอิ้ง 787-8 Dreamliner โดยเครื่องแรกในจำนวนทั้งส้ิน 6 ลำที่บริษัทฯ สั่งซื้อ ได้เข้าประจำฝูงบิน เมื่อวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมา ส่วนเครื่องบินโบอิ้ง 787-8 ดรีมไลเนอร์ อีก 3 ลำจะรับมอบกันในเดือนกันยายน เดือนตุลาคม และเดือนพฤศจิกายน ตามลำดับ ภายในปี 2557 นี้ และเครื่องที่เหลืออีก 2 ลำ กำหนดรับมอบกันในเดือนเมษายน และ เดือนมิถุนายน ปี 2558
