Spanish Michelin Star Chef in town!

Carles GAIG, owner of the Michelin Guide rated Fonda Gaig restaurant on Corsega Street in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Spain, will be a guest chef at UNO MAS, Centara Grand at Central World from 9th to 11th March 2016.
Chef GAIG will be serving an eight-course set menu for evening dinner, priced at THB 3,900++ / person food only. Special offer on 10th March priced for food and beverage package at THB 4,900 Net.
Receive a special welcome drink just before entering the world of Spanish culinary. The journey begins with Cod fritters Catalan style and Oysters in fine ‘escabeche’ and vegetables. Then, Puff pastry with roasted vegetables ‘escalivada’ and fresh lobster and the traditional Cannelloni of Carles Gaig with black truffle cream, one of his signature dishes. Next, the authentic Spanish Seafood paella with prawns and baby squid and The Black cod fish with ‘Samfaina’. This is then followed by the mouthwatering main course. Beef Tenderloin with ‘Priorat’ red wine sauce. End the tour with the classic dessert version of the Catalan cream.
