Bangkok — After years of winning hearts (and fully booked tables), Sri Trat opens a highly anticipated second home, Sri Trat at Sri’s Room at Siam Paragon, with an official Grand Opening this May 2026, giving more guests the long-awaited chance to experience one of the city’s most cherished expressions of Eastern Thai cuisine.
Positioned as an extension of the Sri Trat universe, Sri Trat at Sri’s Room brings the flavours, memories, and identity of Thailand’s eastern coast into a more intimate, urban setting, reimagined through the lens of Bangkok life. Sri Trat at Sri’s Room represents a new moment in the narrative of “Sri Trat” — the woman at the heart of the Sri Trat story. From her early journeys across Thailand to her life in Bangkok, this new chapter reflects a period of discovery and refinement — where the warmth of home cooking meets the rhythm of the city.
Located within Siam Paragon, Sri Trat at Sri’s Room is designed to feel both personal and nostalgic, inspired by a vintage Thai-Chinese townhouse, where guests are invited to step into Sri Trat’s world.
The menu continues Sri Trat’s commitment to Eastern Thai cuisine, known for its depth of flavour, balance of taste, and use of regional ingredients. As part of its relaunch, Sri Trat at Sri’s Room introduces a more defined identity within the Sri Trat group, offering a distinct yet connected experience alongside the original Sri Trat restaurant.

About Sri Trat at Sri’s Room
Nestled within one of Bangkok’s famous department stores, Sri Trat at Sri’s Room offers a standalone restaurant space unlike any other. The design conceptualises Sri Trat’s tailoring shop, a blend of memory and imagination, with interiors that weave together vintage patterns, Sino-Portuguese charm, and floral flourishes.
The menu spans over a wide range of à la carte dishes, inspired by Sri Trat’s Eastern Thai flavors of her youth. It features both beloved classics from the original Sri Trat, alongside exclusive creations found only at Sri Trat at Sri’s Room. The bar program features signature cocktails, inspired by the music of the 1970s and 1980s.
At the Paragon location, the experience is further elevated with an intimate mezzanine room. The private setting is surrounded by Sri Trat’s personal mementos, thoughtfully styled with closet and sewing-table décor that reflects her world and story.
