Known for his extraordinary achievements, including earning two Michelin stars at London’s Hotel Café Royal in just six months – a rare feat in the culinary world – Chef Dilling will be presenting a contemporary interpretation of French gastronomy at Le Normandie. Supporting him is Chef George Kay, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Le Normandie, having trained at the Michelin-starred Lympstone Manor in Devon, England.
