Gastronomic Association Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Thailand, led by Bailli Délégué Arto Artinian held a dinner in celebration of French culinary arts at 2-Michelin starred Le Normandie restaurant. For this very special evening Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier created a fantastic 6-course menu paired with delightful wines from different regions of France. The objective of the Chaîne is to help promote fine dining as well as develop the art of gastronomic cuisine.
