- งาน Goût de France / Good France จัดขึ้นพร้อมกันทั่วโลก ริเริ่มขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกเมื่อปีที่แล้ว(2015) เพื่อเชิดชูศาสตร์และศิลป์ของการปรุงอาหารในแบบฝรั่งเศส ซึ่งในเมืองไทย มีห้องอาหารสองแห่งเข้าร่วม และหนึ่งในนั้นก็คือ ห้องอาหาร Red Sky โรงแรมเซ็นทาราแกรนด์ นับว่าโชคดีมากที่มีโอกาสได้ไปชิมอาหารของทั้งสองห้องอาหารที่เข้าร่วมงาน
ชวนชิมอาหารปีที่แล้วโดยฝีมือ เชฟ Hugo Coudurier เรียกน้ำย่อยกันไปก่อน ก่อนงานจะจัดพร้อมกันทั่วโลก ในวันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2016 โดยในปีนี้มีร้านอาหารเข้าร่วมทั้งสิ้น 15 แห่ง ซึ่งรวมทั้ง Red Sky ที่ครั้งนี้เข้าร่วมเป็นปีที่ 2 (เมนู Goût de France ของ Red Sky ดูได้ด้านล่าง)
