Having been greeted with an opulent amuse bouche of crispy shokupan salmon new style, guests will be treated to a trio of enticing appetizers: white fish shiso coriander, crispy baby spinach & caviar, and oyster, foie gras, raspberry jam & wasabi salsa – a vibrant multi-sensory delight and the ultimate aphrodisiac!
Loved ones will then be able to indulge in a mesmerizing main course of Canadian lobster, miso bisque & Inaniwa, a style of udon noodles from Japan’s Akita prefecture, with an add on option of beef tenderloin anticucho (add THB 500++) and renowned Sushi Chef Masami Ouchi will present a surprise chef’s sushi selection, handcrafted to perfection using the freshest ingredients.
