Designed to set a confident tone for the year ahead, the new dining experience spotlights unlimited servings of Wagyu specialities, expertly prepared to showcase the beef’s rich marbling and signature tenderness. The Wagyu journey offers a generous spread. Cold starters feature Wagyu carpaccio, pastrami with slaw and classic beef tartare, before moving into robust, flame-kissed mains. Highlights include Rossini-style beef, Café de Paris steak, grilled short ribs with the perfect char, Japanese-style teriyaki skewers and Wagyu ravioli.
Balancing the richness are fresh seafood selections on ice, including river prawns, slipper lobster and mussels, alongside sushi and sashimi, truffled mushroom velouté and a range of international favourites. Thai touches bring energy to the table with boat noodles, krapao nuea, grilled beef tongue, intercoastal cuts with nam jim jaew and yakiniku inspired Wagyu karubi plate.
