สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทยจัดงานเลี้ยงเปิดตัวงาน «GoûtdeFrance/GoodFrance 2018 » ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่เชฟของร้านอาหารในกรุงเทพฯ ที่เข้าร่วมงาน « Goût de France / Good France 2018 » และเพื่อเชิดชูศิลปะ ด้านอาหารการกินและศิลปะการใช้ชีวิตแบบฝรั่งเศส
{Re} is a two-day symposium exploring waste, farming and sustainability in the food industry in Asia. The event will be held in Bangkok on March 19 and 20, 2018.
The creation of chefs Duangporn ‘Bo’ Songvisava and Dylan Jones, who own and run the acclaimed Thai cuisine restaurant, Bo.lan, and writer and farmer Leisa Tyler, the event will bring together multiple stakeholders to discuss the future of food and food production in the hospitality industry in Asia.

The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok welcomes two Michelin-Starred Chef Takagi Kazuo to Lord Jim’s Restaurant at for a series of exclusive meals in February. For lunch, he will create a special sushi and sashimi menu and Buffet Lunch at THB 1,800++ (THB 2,119 net) on Monday-Friday and THB 2,500++ (THB 2,943 net) on Saturday and Sunday per person.
