Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Thailand Hosts Annaul Chapitre Dinner
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Thailand celebrated its 48th anniversary at an Annaul Chapitre at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. The event, led by Bailli Délégué National & Membre du Conseil Magistral Joe P. Thawilvejjakul, welcomed new epicureans to association through an induction ceremony, and also introduced the new Bangkok Rattanakosin Bailliage with Ja Molchaya Tejapaibul appointed Chapter’s Bailli Déléguée and Natayada Na Songkhla, Chancelier.
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the longest standing gastronomic association originating from France. Thailand Chapter was established in 1974 with M.L. Usni Pramoj elected as the first Bailli Délégué (President). The aim is to support the art of fine dining and to help promote local businesses.
