รัฐบาลฮ่องกงประกาศยกเลิกข้อกำหนดการตรวจหาสารพันธุกรรมของไวรัสโควิด-19 (RT-PCR) สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวขาเข้าเมื่อเดินทางมาถึงฮ่องกงทั้งหมด รวมถึงยกเลิกการแสดง Vaccine Pass ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถเข้าสถานที่กำหนดพิเศษได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องรอผลตรวจใดๆ มีผลบังคับใช้แล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 ธันวาคมเป็นต้นไป
