French ambassador Gilles Garachon unveiled the 5th edition of the much anticipated Galleries Night Bangkok at a kick off event held at French Street, a restaurant situated at OP Garden on Charoenkrung 36.
This year over 60 galleries participated in the special 2 nights of exciting programmes shedding light on the establishments which give life to Bangkok’s art scene. The event invited art lovers to explore contemporary art exhibitions along with many organized special events with the artists in a festive and friendly atmosphere. To help visitors embark on their artistic journey, a special fleet of tuk-tuks were available along the route of participating galleries notably Silom, Sathorn, Riverside and Sukhumvit areas. And all of this was free of charge!
