The wait is nearly over for those eagerly looking forward to his next visit as from Wednesday, 22nd to Friday, 24th April at J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain the master himself will be creating a peerless       10-course menu inspired by a voyage of discovery from France to Asia. 

The combination menu will be served with a shared concept with fine wine pairing highlighting an eclectic selection from France personally chosen by Jean-Michel’s daughter Marine.

Tandoori quail skewer with sweet and sour cucumber salad flavored with coriander

Skate

Skate wing, crushed new potatoes and brown butter sauce with capers

Slow-cooked skate wing served on a spicy broth of coconut milk and cumbawa, with tomato confit and sautéed spring vegetables

Lobster

Roasted lobster served with morel mushrooms and green asparagus

Lobster à L’américaine with curry sauce and wild rice

Beef

Charolais beef confit à la Bourguignonne with onion purée and red wine sauce

Pan-seared Wagyu with fried onions and wasabi purée

Rice

Caramelised « Riz au Lait » with ginger bread, mango and sticky rice

This 10-course dinner is priced at 9,500 baht net per person including fine wines pairing.
