Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is thrilled to announce the extension of the highly popular Café Wolseley pop-up in the luxurious Parichart Court, until 31 December 2023.

Due to overwhelming demand and the exceptional success of its initial three-month culinary residency, this iconic London restaurant’s first international pop-up will continue to delight guests until 31 December 2023. The resounding acclaim and popularity of Café Wolseley showcase the strong desire for its fine European cuisine beyond London, leading The Wolseley Hospitality Group and Minor Hotels to extend its operations into Thailand’s peak travel season. As part of Minor Hotels’ strategic plans, The Wolseley Hospitality Group is set to expand into gateway cities in key markets worldwide. Experience the culinary excellence and international allure of Café Wolseley as it continues to redefine the dining scene in Bangkok.

Café Wolseley combines British heritage with European cafe grandeur and serves Wolseley classics together with contemporary additions.  To commemorate the extension of the popular pop-up in Bangkok, Café Wolseley will unveil a special celebratory set menu featuring the most popular dishes from its London flagship restaurant, which have not been previously featured in the pop up’s culinary repertoire until now, available from 15 July 2023.

Diners can indulge in a celebratory menu available for both lunch and dinner, featuring three and four courses that showcase quintessentially European classics. Commencing with an amuse bouche of Crème Du Barry Soup with toasted hazelnuts, the starter course offers a choice of Norwegian Salmon Gravlax with horseradish cream, and Heritage Beetroot Tartare of roast candied beetroots with a ‘fine herbs’ dressing.

The intermediary course presents a choice between the sumptuous Pan-Seared King Scallops, elevated by a Champagne butter sauce, and the tantalizing Croustade of Quail Eggs, with a flavourful mushroom duxelles and a rich Hollandaise sauce.

The main course dishes feature Braised Beef Cheek, celeriac purée and glazed baby carrots, or  Wild Mushroom Pithivier of sautéed mushrooms served with spinach and winter truffle.

The desserts offer a choice between the Chocolate and Orange Truffle Torte, crafted with a luscious dark chocolate ganache and orange zest, or the classic Treacle Tart with crème fraiche.

The celebratory set menu is 1,800++ Baht for three courses and 2,400++ Baht for four courses.

Café Wolseley is located in the Parichart Court at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel and is open from Monday to Saturday for lunch from 12.00pm to 2.30pm and Monday to Sunday for dinner from 6.00pm to 10.30pm.
