FOR 3RD ANNUAL SO AMAZING CHEFS 2014

For the hotly-anticipated third edition of the annual So Amazing Chefs event, Sofitel So Bangkok will once again bring together nine top chefs from around the world for five days of epicurean exchange, gastronomic showcases and an exciting culinary showdown from Wednesday 15th to Sunday 19th October 2014.

Michelin star chef Heiko Antoniewicz from Germany  to demonstrate his amazing culinary skills at Elements , The  Okura Prestige

Michelin star chef Heiko Antoniewicz will cook exclusively for lunch and dinner  at Elements, home of modern, international cuisine at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, from 7 to 11 October 2014.

“Chef Heiko Antoniewicz is known throughout the world for his use of molecular cuisine to create innovative dishes. We are delighted to welcome such a passionate visionary,” says Thomas Jakobi, Culinary Director at The Okura Prestige Bangkok.

2-Michelin Star Chef Jean Sulpice  from the highest Michelin starred restaurant in Europe will bring his culinary expertise in Savoyard cuisine to La Scala,  The Sukothai Bangkok  for five days only.  7 – 11 October 2014

Jean Sulpice is the chef and owner of the 2-Michelin Star Jean Sulpice restaurant (located at an altitude of 2300 metres) on the majestic mountain of Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in the French Alps.  His  restaurant is considered to be the highest Michelin starred restaurant in Europe.

A native of Aix les Bains, Jean was born into a family of restaurateurs. He successfully developed his culinary skills up to the highest level and received his first star at the age of 26. With his culinary passion, he achieved two stars at the very young age of 31, establishing him as a true phenomenon in the world of gastronomy.
