Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has announced its third culinary takeover of the year with the highly anticipated arrival of Chef Varun Totlani and the team from Masque Mumbai, travelling to Bangkok for the very first time. This exclusive collaboration will take place from 4 to 8 June 2026, culminating in a special, one-night-only partnership with one of Thailand’s emerging culinary talents, Chef Weerawut ‘Num’ Triyasenawat, on 9 June 2026.
