Amari Watergate Bangkok celebrates 29th Anniversary along with 1st Anniversary of Prego Bangkok and the launch of Bar Milano
Amari Watergate Bangkok, a flagship property within the Amari hotels and resorts portfolio across Asia celebrated its 29th year anniversary along with the 1st year anniversary of Prego Bangkok.
In celebration of this momentous occasion, the hotel planned an exciting evening to commemorate another chapter added to its long legacy.
Prego Bangkok opened its doors last year, making it the new favorite Italian spot amongst customers. Under the helm of Chef Marco, Prego Bangkok offers a diverse menu which includes classic Italian dishes, as well as gluten-free options and a menu specially curated for kids.
This event also marked the launch of Bar Milano, a trendy bar at the lobby of Amari Watergate Bangkok. Bar Milano features curated cocktails handcrafted to perfection by our in-house mixologist. Inspired by Italy’s style capital, Bar Milano is the perfect spot to meet and gather for a pre-dinner “aperitivo” or late-night drinks. Whether a special occasion or an intimate rendez-vous, Bar Milano is the place to make memories.
Bar Milano’s Grand Opening and the anniversary celebration was attended by celebrities, media and more. One of the biggest talking points of the night was the mini fashion show organized by the team, showcasing a little bit of Milan in Bangkok. The team partnered up with a local designer, Shaka to bring forth the latest take on fashion, another initiative from their “Sustainably Conscious” program. Bar Milano will be the smallest platform to give the biggest support to local talent.
