Josean Alija from Michelin starred Nerua in Bilbao was among 9 celebrity chefs who participated in the recent 17th World Gourmet Festival at Anantara Siam Bangkok. Upon this occasion, chef Alija  shared with us 2 of his signature recipes which delighted guests during the festival.

โจเซียน อาลีฮา (Josean Alija) เชฟชื่อดังจากห้องอาหารหนึ่งดาวมิชลิน Nerua ในเมือง  บิลเบา  ทางตอนเหนือของเสปญ   เป็นหนึ่งในเก้าเซเลบริตี้เชฟที่มาร่วมงาน เวิลด์ กูร์เมต์ เฟลติวัล ครั้งที่ 17  ที่โรงแรมอนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพ ฯ  จัดไปเมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้   นอกจากจะมาปรุงอาหารให้ชิมกันแล้ว ยังใจดีแบ่งปันสูตรอาหารให้แฟน ๆ ได้ไปลองทำกันด้วย
