IGNIV Bangkok Celebrates new  Summer  Menu 

The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to celebrate summer with a new 4-course sharing experience showcasing the season’s bounty at IGNIV Bangkok (1 Michelin Star) throughout May and June 2022.

For IGNIV Bangkok’s Summer Menu, guests can savor a selection of 19 handcrafted dishes presented as snacks, starters, mains, desserts, and candy store treats. The latest seasonal menu presents the artful pairing of ingredients such as Taco–Water Chestnut–Truffle–Golf Leaf–Mulberry; Cornetto–Corn–Foie Gras; Toast Deluxe–Tartare–Egg Yolk–Caviar; and Jalapeno–Tomato–Flower.

Mains in the unique sharing experience include Cauliflower–Garlic–Brown Butter; BBQ Pork Neck–Pork Belly–Consommé–Onion; and Veal Striploin–Mustard–Grapes.

The fine dining sharing experience also offers guests a choice of dessert creations, and guests also have a choice of house-made macarons, fruit jellies, chocolates, and other delights from IGNIV’s signature Candy Store to enjoy with coffee or tea, or to take home.

The Summer Menu at IGNIV Bangkok is available for lunch and dinner, Thursdays to Mondays throughout May and June, for THB 4,500++ per person.

Located at The St. Regis Bangkok, IGNIV Bangkok is the brainchild of Andreas Caminada, head chef of the internationally acclaimed 3-Michelin Star restaurant Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland. Barely one year after the first IGNIV outside of Switzerland opened in Bangkok, IGNIV Bangkok was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2022 edition of Michelin Guide Thailand.
