This summer, The Oriental Wellness Club at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok introduces a limited-time Summer Wellbeing Experience, designed as a complete reset for body and mind. The programme brings together movement, recovery, and expert guidance in one seamless journey, available until 30 June 2026.
Drawing on Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’s long-standing approach to holistic wellbeing, the experience reflects a balance of tradition, expertise, and modern wellness practices. Set within a calm, purpose-designed environment, The Oriental Wellness Club offers a space to reset away from the pace of the city. The offering comes as the hotel continues to be recognised among Bangkok’s leading wellness destinations, including recent recognition by Forbes Vetted as the Best Hotel in Bangkok for Spa and Wellness.
Available at THB 3,500++ per person, the experience offers access to the Club’s full suite of facilities, alongside tailored sessions that respond to individual needs. The day begins with a 15-minute personal wellness consultation, including a health assessment using the Technogym check-up system, providing insight into physical condition and areas for improvement.
Guests are then guided through a one-hour personal training session, designed to build strength, mobility, and endurance at a comfortable pace. Complementing the active element, the experience also includes 15 minutes in the Recovery Studio, where an infrared sauna and cold plunge work in contrast to support circulation, muscle recovery, and overall vitality.
Throughout the day, guests enjoy complimentary access to the Club’s gym, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, allowing time to unwind and move at their own rhythm.
