Best memory from 2016. “Dîner de Clôture” (Closing dinner) of “Le Jardin des Sens”, a 3 Michelin star restaurant by twin chefs Jacques & Laurent Pourcel in Montpellier. Especially for this  3-night event, 18  chefs in the “Famille de Chefs”,  who had previously contributed  to Le Jardin’s history, flew in from around the world to showcase their best dishes as homage to their mentors. The picture shows chefs of the night for the final of the 3-day gastronomic dinners.
