Just ahead of Theo Mio Italian Kitchen’s second birthday in August 2017, restaurant founder and celebrity Chef Theo Randall will be back in town for a much anticipated visit this May.

His four-day visit, from 17th to the 20th May, will be marked with an exciting celebration, when guests can look forward to the hotel’s Exclusive Cocktail Party on 19th May, and a sumptuous 5-course Wine Dinner on 17th, 18th and 20th May.

A one-night-only event, the Exclusive Cocktail Party will feature live music, live cooking stations and plenty of those elegant cocktails we’ve all grown to love, while the Wine Dinner, priced at THB 3,800++ per person, will be a memorable culinary showcase by a truly talented chef.

First opened in 2015 by Celebrity Chef Theo Randall, Theo Mio is the chef’s first ever restaurant outside the UK, and is still the talk of the town to this day. The restaurant focuses on exciting seasonal menus created from top quality local ingredients as well as hand-picked Italian produce. Randall brings his love of fine Italian food to Theo Mio, where the ingredients are celebrated in dishes that allow diners to explore and enjoy a culinary journey that is both fun and relaxed.

Theo Mio is particularly well known for its Weekend Brunch, where authentic Italian fare, complete with sumptuous desserts, can be enjoyed in the restaurant’s enviable setting.
