The excitement in Bangkok food circles goes up a notch this month as Celebrity Chef Theo Randall will return to thrill fans at Theo Mio with his “3 NIGHTS IN BANGKOK” series of dinner from 27-29 April 2016.
Among courses will be Burrida di Aragosta (fish stew with lobster, sea bass and mussels with fennel, saffron potatoes, tomatoes and chili) paired with Sauvignon St. Paul 2014 ; Costata di Agnello (roast rack of lamb with artichoke, anchovy and rosemary salsa and red wine) paired with Barolo di Barolo Marchesi di Barolo 2010.

The Michelin star chef from the celebrated Andreina restaurant in Marche, Italy will elevate dining to new heights at an unforgettable “Velenosi Wine Dinner” on Friday March 4. Chef Errico also invites diners to discover his outstanding signature dishes on a special à la carte menu available for lunch and dinner until March 11.

From February 6 – 12, Rossini’s welcomes Michelin star Chef Andrea Cannalire, the creative force behind Cielo in Ostuni, a restaurant renowned for respecting Italy’s rich culinary heritage while also guiding adventurous diners into unexplored terrain.
At Rossini’s, Chef Andrea will delight diners with a choice of two degustation menus available with wine pairings, an à la carte menu, and an unforgettable Grande Wine Dinner on February 12 with wines from GFour. Highlights will include langoustine ravioli with flowers and tomato water, and lobster with fresh beans, tomato confit, and burrata.
Angelini at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok will provide a perfect canvas to showcase Chef Enrico Bartolini’s distinctive food philosophy from 27-31 October 2015.
Chef Bartolini is one of Italy’s youngest Michelin-starred chefs who received his first Michelin star at just 29 and his second at the age of 33. He currently heads the stylish Devero Restaurant located 20 minutes from Milan in Cavenago Brianza. His cooking style is contemporary classic- a merging of modern innovative culinary techniques with traditional culinary values. This gastronomic merger of the present and the past to create original flavours has led him to be described as innovative, balance and meditative.
